Apply & e-sign
Apply below, agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms, and e-sign the Partner Agreement.

Get approved
Accounts stay pending until we verify your WSBA / LLLT license and approve you.

Accept assigned referrals
Work starts only when we assign you a screened family. You can accept or decline.

Invoice & get paid
Invoice through the portal against the referral, up to the per-family cap ([TBD]). Payment terms: [TBD].

Your account stays pending approval until we review it, and partner tools open once we approve you. Work is referral-only: we approve work only when we assign you a screened family through the portal. Fields marked * are required.
